Identified from two sources: (1) 1920 US Census lists 'Anna S Frank, Daughter, F, age 14' in William B Frank household — born ~1906. (2) Mother Mary E. Frank's 1956 obituary names 'a daughter, Mrs. Hannah E. Craft of Northport, N.Y.' as a survivor. Anna/Hannah appears to be the same person — either 'Anna' was her given name with 'Hannah' as a married/preferred name, or vice versa. The 'S' middle initial (1920 census) vs 'E' in obituary (if 'E' is middle initial rather than first initial of married name) is a minor discrepancy. She is the only daughter of William and Mary. Not listed on either parent's FindAGrave memorial as a child. Married surname Craft; husband's first name unknown.
