CONFLICT: NUMIDENT (Source 204) names mother as "Lucy"; 1920 census (Source 203) says mother born NY; 1880 census says mother born Delaware. The 1880 Mary Miller may or may not be his mother — she is listed as "Other" not "Mother" in the relationship field. If Mary is his mother, her name discrepancy with "Lucy" could indicate: (a) her full name was Mary Lucy or Lucy Mary, (b) NUMIDENT was inaccurate (Frank was ~80 when he applied), or (c) Mary was not his mother.
