Born into the Keizer family of Waldoboro, another German immigrant family. Parents: Francis Keizer (K8SC-B2F, 1747-1790) and Catherine Gerdraut Mink (K2XS-H3R, 1753-1846). Mary was one of 7 children. Middle name "Mink" is her mother's maiden name. Husband Andrew George died 1831 when Mary was ~42. She survived him by 28 years, dying in 1859. By 1850 still living in Waldoboro. Her son Andrew Obed had moved to Bradford by then.
